Vitapur is a home living goods retailer and the biggest mattress maker in the region. Based in Slovenia, they have 70+ stores in Central/Southeastern Europe and also operate internationally.
Being regional creative pioneers in Paid Social advertising, Vitapur partnered with Hunch with many ideas on how to enhance their product catalogs, explore innovative creative solutions and scale their promotion assortment.
How to repeatedly innovate with DPAs?
Vitapur's DPAs were not fully optimized due to certain limitations on Facebook Ads manager, such as localized contextualization to different countries, massive asset production and quick edits.
At the time they had been developing this strategy, creative content was just starting to gain importance in the online advertising space. So in this moment, a testing with various templates and monitoring the creative’s performance was important for the campaign’s optimization.
And a seeming ongoing pain was the activation of top of the funnel audience, which Vitapur’s performance team tackled with Hunch’s Feed management solution and DPA catalogs to independently manage their eCommerce data.

Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager helped Vitapur's advertisers onboard quickly with Hunch. Additionally, introducing dynamic to regular product catalog sales was exciting and relieving.
Working in the Hunch Creative Image Studio, Vitapur built promotional templates for many short-termed and themed sale offers. The challenge was optimizing thousands of product pictures and adapting them to template designs. Hunch’s Dynamic Product ads allowed for experimenting with stills in different backgrounds that belong to different categories (bedroom, living room, bathroom) in coordination with matching products and their product information.
Automation and rules were key players for fast campaign setup, testing and overall workflow efficiency. Quick edits for lots of short-termed promotions (one-day sale, weekend sale, Black Friday, Valentine’s, Mattress week, etc.) enabled Vitapur for faster testing.
Productivity went from 1 to 10
Hunch drove agility, with fast campaign setups, faster edits and the speediest results. Furthermore, it facilitated creative testing without disrupting the algorithm, even when making minor tweaks.
We can easily say that we’re using 30% of our budget through Hunch and seeing better CTR and ROAS with Hunch’s campaigns than typical Facebook ones.
