Their client, Ametller – a fresh food retailer focused on high-end groceries, needed to optimize online promotions for their business. Ametller is a traditional retailer who realized this need and reached out to FEEDB<CK who knew Hunch had just the solution for them.

FEEDB<CK had to find a way to promote high-value, top-of-the-line products in an efficient way while retaining dynamics of daily changes along with high visual standards, and with video in focus.

Due to high production requirements, but also the quick dynamic of campaign updates and feed management, they had to find a solution that allows for easy product updates, high-quality contextual videos, and centralized campaign management.

Brand individualization through DCO video campaign focused on user activation

The Hunch solution team built a data solution to connect all the inputs and rules into one central data hub which remained dynamic. By connecting product feeds with creative strategy and campaign data, Hunch centralized campaign and creative management for FEEDB<CK, allowing them and their client to focus more on performance.


FEEDB<CK used Hunch’s automated ads to power creative production, but also automate campaign management.

The campaign was launched with more than 100 active products in dynamic videos. All the ads are divided by language (Spanish and Catalan), as well as targeting groups (singles, families and customers lookalike). Depending on promotions, these ads are then rotating on weekends and some on determined weekdays. The campaign also featured another interesting variable – express delivery in certain postal codes.

Partnering with Hunch allowed FEEDB<CK to deliver a high-converting performance video ad campaign which was scalable. Hunch automated ads powered the campaign with almost 2000 personalized ads, so the offer was always relevant and up to date.

This resulted in significant performance uplift for such a campaign, resulting in a 58% ROAS uplift, 30% drop in CPA, as well as better conversion rates. Most importantly, the campaign garnered a huge number of purchases.
