As our Technical Support Specialist, you'll be the technical bridge between our cutting-edge advertising platform and global clients managing millions in ad spend. This isn't about following scripts; it's about understanding systems, solving real technical challenges, and directly influencing how we build better products.

What you'll do

Day-to-day responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via Intercom, Slack, and email for our global client base
  • Troubleshoot platform issues using various diagnostic and debugging tools
  • Collaborate with QA and development teams to identify and resolve product bugs
  • Analyze support patterns to drive product improvements
  • Document solutions and build our technical knowledge base

Technical projects you can own
  • Build automation tools to streamline support processes
  • Participate in alpha/beta testing of new features
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation and video tutorials
  • Develop internal dashboards for support metrics and insights

Your impact
  • Support clients managing multi-million dollar advertising budgets
  • Directly influence product development through customer feedback
  • Help scale our support operations as we grow globally

What we're looking for

Required (must-haves)
  • University degree (technical field preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Genuine interest in technology and enthusiasm for continuous learning
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred (great to have, but we'll teach you)
  • Previous experience in technical/product support
  • Basic understanding of:
    • Database concepts
    • APIs and testing tools like Postman
    • Social media advertising platforms (Meta, Snapchat and TikTok)
    • Data formats (JSON, CSV) and feed management
  • Familiarity with support tools (Intercom, Zendesk, or similar)
  • Additional languages beyond English

Your first 90 days
  • Month 1: Comprehensive onboarding in our Belgrade office - meet the team, learn our platform
  • Month 2: Shadow experienced team members, handle your first tickets with mentorship
  • Month 3: Own your first support queue, contribute to documentation, propose your first improvement

Our work model
  • Flexibility: Up to 2 remote days per week after successful onboarding
  • Core hours: Team collaboration from 10 AM - 4 PM CET
  • On-call rotation: Shared responsibility once per week (with extra compensation)
