The Senior Graphic Designer is part of the Marketing Team and responsible for producing high-quality design content for both Marketing and Sales materials. In this role, he or she will be responsible for managing projects from concept to execution, as well as making sure all deadlines are met. Senior Graphic Designer also has the opportunity to contribute stellar branding design for Hunch. It is also important for a Senior Graphic Designer to have an understanding of marketing dynamics, strategic positioning and clear understanding of the target audience.
At Hunch you will:
- Develop visual concepts and design advertisements that effectively communicate with target audiences
- Make sketches of concept drawings and identify possible solutions
- Support stakeholders in various marketing projects
- Conduct market research; Update and analyze data
- Design marketing campaigns based on a marketing concept
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
- Deliver high-quality design content (images, videos) for Marketing and Sales team
- Take project from concept to final execution within deadlines
- Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality
- Develop and continuously improve knowledge of relevant design trends and principles
- Understand paid social marketing and the role of Hunch
- Prepare rough drafts and presents ideas to stakeholders
- Tests visuals across various media
- Ensure final visuals and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
We think you are a good fit, if you have:
- 5+years of experience as a Senior Designer at an advertising or digital agency, or an in-house team of an online advertiser (e-commerce, mobile apps, or gaming is a huge plus) or B2B
- Portfolio of completed design projects
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
- Strong vision for branding and excellent eye for high-quality ads
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (Adobe Creative Cloud such as Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign)
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
It would be nice to have:
- Knowledge of video production, video editing and animation (such as ACC After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate) is a huge plus
- Experience with the MarTech or AdTech industry
